Responsibilities: Create and host engaging live streams for an online audience on the TikTok platform, specifically;
- -interact with viewers through live chat,
- responding to questions and comments in an interactive and lively manner;
- plan and prepare content for each live stream, ensuring it is relevant, captivating, and aligns with the target audience's interests;
- collaborate with team members to generate fresh and innovative ideas for live streams;
- maintain a consistent streaming schedule to build and retain a loyal audience;
- stay updated on current trends in live streaming and incorporate them into content to keep it dynamic and appealing.
Basic Qualifications:
- Strong public speaking abilities to engage and captivate an audience;
- outgoing personality with a passion for showcasing oneself and comfort in front of the camera;
- previous experience in live streaming and short video shooting will be preferable;
- ability to connect with viewers of all ages; proficiency in using live streaming platforms and related software;
- creative mindset with the ability to generate unique ideas for live streams;
- strong organizational skills to plan and prepare content in advance.
Additional but not necessary qualifications:
- TikTok account with over five thousand followers and e-commerce access to TikTok shop;
- previous experience in live streaming and short video shooting, with a focus on product sales through live streams;
- ability to effectively showcase personal charm and personality in front of the camera; sales experience is a plus.
NOTE:
This is an on-site position, and applicants must be able to commute to Irvine, CA.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
